Muskegon Heights Neighborhood Association-East was established in 1999. We are located in the north-east quadrant of the City. Our biggest community asset is Muskegon Family Care located on the corner of Hackley Avenue and Getty Street. East Park Manor, a 200 unit affordable housing community, is also located in this area.
The Eastside is a vibrant neighborhood in which you will find numerous Block Clubs that create a close-knit community within community. Block Clubs meet independently as smaller units, yet come together and represent the full Eastside Neighborhood when sharing information or working together on larger projects and grants that benefit all.
The Eastside Neighborhood is known for its diverse mix of longtime residents as well as newer arrivals, from historic homes to apartment communities. All are welcome to attend Eastside meetings, participate in neighborhood events, and share your thoughts and feedback with the group.
The Eastside Neighborhood representative at the Muskegon Heights Neighborhood Association Council meetings is Ms. Diane Jones, please reach out to Ms. Jones to learn more about the Eastside Neighborhood Association with questions you may have.
